The year 2025
2025 was an incredible year for Reikas Tanz – filled with music, new encounters, travels, and unforgettable experiences together. Looking back on the past few months, it feels like one long, vibrant journey that has brought us even closer together, both as a band and as people.
One very special highlight was our tour, which took us to several different places in just a few days. We spent Wednesday and Thursday at Greenfield Festival, played in Horb on Friday, and headed to Feuertanz Festival on Saturday. There, we had the honor of playing the midnight concert in the castle hall – a moment that has stayed with us ever since.
Three festivals, four days in a row, countless kilometers, very little sleep – and at the same time, so much energy, music, and incredible audiences that kept us going. Those days were intense and challenging, but at the same time, they were exactly why we make music.
Another unforgettable moment was the Beltane Pagan Festival in Italy. Together with the festival crowd, we danced between two towering fires – a powerful ritual that is almost impossible to put into words. Right afterwards, we played one of our most energetic live sets ever. That combination of ritual, community, and music was something truly special to us and has stayed deeply etched in our memories.
Alongside these major highlights, there were of course many other wonderful moments: performing at our favorite medieval market at Ronneburg Castle, shooting videos on the beach, rehearsing together, and countless little and big moments that brought us closer as a group. Looking back, it is often these quiet, seemingly ordinary moments in between that turn out to be just as precious as the big stages.

We want to say thank you to everyone who joined us on our journey in 2025, listened to our music, supported us, and celebrated with us. And we can’t wait to see what comes next.
